2）、Through the inverter regulation，shaftless spiral separates the sand on the bottom of the cyclone grit separator according to the particle size of the sand，making moisture content of the sand decrease。 

3）、Separated sand is scraped away by a sand scraper，and then sent to storage places by conveyor belt。 Water flows into the flotation tank。 

4）、Mixture of oil and mud is put into the flotation machine。Eddying-fovea floatation machine will further separate the mixture。 Tiny droplets attach to bubbles，floating to the surface and growing up together。With a skimmer, crude oil is put into storage pools。Mud was sunk and pumped into the centrifuge。The system has COD and BOD removal rate of 70%，SS removal rate of 90%。 

5）、Water at the top of flotation machine flows into the centrifuge storage tank。
